Chat time with Vox

I'd like to set up a chat time with you for some point in the near future. In the event we make it through the next few turns (which is looking a bit more likely with the GoW rider stack we just wiped out, though only a bit more likely) and we succeed at some other initiatives in the works, it may be possible to continue discussions with Vox Controli where I left them off some time ago.
I have been in discussions with multiple teams about granting Vox Controli a significant part of Bob. I'm sure you'll be interested in that, but it probably wouldn't be right to discuss the feasibility of that plan I've been working on until the events of the next few turns play themselves out.
That said, I'd be willing to meet you in chat sometime this week to discuss them. Please let me know when might be good for you.

Very interesting indeed. "Discussions with multiple teams" about Vox on Bob? GS is probably one since they approached us with their proposal. Who else could it be? Probably not GoW or ND, unless one of them is having second thoughts. That leaves Lego but Lego has told us they are planning on entering the war on the GoW/ND side to keep GS in check. It's beginning to read like a spy novel.Comment

I agree, the plot is thickening...but what ever stance we end up taking, we have to make sure that we have the support of Lego - we don't want to end up on opposing sides of the battlefield!

PM sent to Togas, BigFree and Arnelos about a tech deal involving Printing Press. Again I'd just like to see if they want to deal and what they have to offer.
Greetings to Togas, BigFree, Arnelos and the many fine people of Spain,
We of Vox Controli now live in a harsh land. The rock known as Voxtavia is an unforgiving land mass and only our beaches and great fishing industry have sustained us. But the people of Voxtavia are hardy. We survive and now thrive.
We have been working on a project that might interest the people of Spain. By necessity, much of our population consists of fishermen and mountain men, but a new generation of us have begun to study the few books we were able to bring with us. The desire for wider distribution of these books is leading us to develop a process of printing on a special press. No longer will our few scribes be forced to work day and night to produce our books. Perhaps in a few more years, once we have perfected the process we would be able to share our printing press techniques with the people of Spainin exchange for knowledge we do not possess.

Hmmm - here is their proposal that came with the save. It is a bit long to wait for banking I think. Maybe we can parlay it into a cash deal of some sort - or even future tech credits. Anything is better than letting them get it cheap from someone else.
Strange how much we two have in common now.
We'll have Banking in 30 turns ... :/ Probably too long for you guys to
consider. If so, maybe you guys will want to work out a discounted purchase
price for Printing Press.

PM sent to Togas, Arnelos, and BigFree. I would actually suggest taking whatever they are able to offer since they will likely receive the tech from GS if we don't send it to them.

Regarding our offer of Printing Press for tech, banking at 30 turns is indeed too far away for us. However we would be happy to work out a trade to send Printing Press to you for either gold or future tech concessions. We at Vox would be interested in what you would be able to offer and perhaps we can strike a deal from that. We look forward to hearing from you.
