    If we are going to try and tie our coattails to the GoW/ GS monster, we may not want to go out of our way to help Lego at this point. Because it may not make the monster happy.

    Sure if Lego asks us for help we should give it. Lets just not go out of our way volunteering our help.

    Our future lies with the victors in this war. I know emotionally you may not want to hear that but right now thats our "new Reality".

      ND offers computers accepted.

      GoW offers dyes - accepted. Lux slider lowered to 0%.

      Rush barracks in Hope. 136 gold.

      Switch Phoenix to barracks. 2 turns.

      Started to upgrade inf to mech inf. (40 gold each). Did two this turn.

      Move Battleship VCS Elipolis adjacent to Lego transports.

      Lowered tech research to 0% as well. We were doing rocketry, but I belive we have a deal with ND for it in 10 turns. Until we can figure out what is going on with GoW and GS, I have suspended research.

      We are at 921 gold, and a positive cash flow of 271 gpt.

      I will follow up with GS and GoW shortly. They both accepted fission last turn.

        I'm with you con. I AM thinking of Vox right now. I will not go for their RoP scheme, nor am I keen on giving them a city. I just don't want to add insult to injury by snubbing them completely.

          The city of New Lands is founded. (pic attached.)

          This is the FP city. I am trying to figure out if we switch directly to the FP now, or should I build a courthosue and factory first using cash ($$$) and then build the FP. That may make more sense and will line the city up for future production. It also means the courthouse is a waste. Maybe we do a factory and coal plant, or something like that - and just eat the corruption. It is building a library now. I can rush that as well for the culture and the extra tiles. Thoughts?

          Hope produces a settler in 5 - can be rushed.
          Eternity in 4, and PV in 2. I used these two cities as they are furthest from the capitol.

          Now - research. I still have not started anything. I was thinking of starting nuclear power, but at 20 turns, it will cost us 5440 gold (or therabouts) and at 17 turns, 5270.

          We are currently generating +276 gold per turn. I am thinking we line up a deal with GoW where we simply send 100 gold per turn. This would get us rocketry in 8 turns. I can try and line up the same deal with GS. This will get us tech much quicker, and at a fraction of the cost to us. They may not go for it - and may ask for full 50% funding, in which case we ill have to think about it. I suspect that if we promise not to trade any techs received under such a funding arrangement, they will be happy with the 100 gold. Thoughts?

          Note that 3 of the 4 Lego transports have moved off.

          • Re: New Lands - I say rush a Temple/or Library (to start the cultural build) then directly build the Forbidden Palace. You are right Beta, buiding a courthouse prior would be a waste....That's my 2 cents worth.

              Rushed settler in Hope.

              2 settlers out next turn. Along with other units.

              Not much else going on. Some F/A work is required. Will get to it.

              • How will the corruption be in NL? If it's not bad then no courthouse (unless it's > 3 shields i suggest).

                100gpt for tech is a good idea. If we can do it w/2 nations at the same time ... And then building some more cities will allow us to do a little of our own techs too

                      City of Memory Blocks settled on the easter mountain site.

                      City of Wittlich Canal settled south of Panama Vox.

                      Libraries started in both.

                      Library rushed in new lands. I guess I had not rusehd it earlier.

                      Hope, Eternity, and Panama Vox are producing settlers. Two out in two turns. I am trying to do this without hurting our current population much. If folks think I should produce settlers in the other size 12 cities (Eg Lux Invicta) and restock from Hope later, let me know.

                      Building barracks in Lux and Memory. Sub in Resurrection.

                      Also upgraded 3 more infantry units to mech infantry this turn.

                      I need to contact GoW and ND regarding tech deals.

                      And - note the Roleplay expansion to the south. They are making out OK with this.

                            Library was built in New lands and rushed in Memory Blocks and Wittlich Canal.

                            Two settlers out next turn.

                            Another infantry upgraded.

                            And, we have our first pollution - southwest of the capital. Will produce a worker or two out of Hope to deal with it.

                                - Settler builds the town of Lego Memorial. Start library.

                                - Rush courthouse in New Lands.
                                - Move Mech Inf in Phoenix to The Limit.
