      Our military advisor reports no changes, we are still strong compared to GoW and Lux, average to ND. Keeping in mind that at least a few of ND's units are scouts, we're the strongest on the continent.

      ruby_maser - Now that the first cow is irrigated, switching the workers to the irrigated cow and gold mountain changes Pamplona's growth to 8 turns away, and would give us Writing in 13 turns.

        It depends if the advisor relies on number of units or the total attack+defense points. I think he uses the latter.
