Spoke with Rhoth of Vox. They noticed that the 4gpt deal wasn't going away like it was supposed to so they canceled it, but it canceled our 5gpt deal too :/

Anyhow, we need to reoffer them 5gpt next turn.

He's also going to consider selling us horses

Reoffered 5gpt to Vox. Checked diplo screen and our original offer was no longer there.

We are now a DEMOCRACY ... although it doesn't seem to have changed very much. :/ Not that much more trade coming in.

I negotiated a deal with Rhoth of Vox to buy horses for 5gpt. Offered them 5gpt this turn, they will send horses next turn.

Our barracks in El Paso will be done next turn, so that it can begin building horsemen.

Within 3 turns all of our markets will be done, and we can get to building horsemen, caravels, and more horsemen.

When we get navigation in 18 turns we mass upgrade and then try to find some use for our new Conquistadors.

We received horses from Vox.
El Paso completed barracks. Begins building horsemen (every 2 turns).

We'll need new builds for San Diego and San Antonio next turn. Santa Barbara the turn after. I figure we should make horsemen, caravels, or perhaps banks if we have enough commerce in those cities.

San Antonio finishes Marketplace. Begin work on Barracks.

San Diego finishes Marketplace. Begin work on Harbor. San Diego is at 0fpt and needs to be able to use the coastal tiles to feed itself and support growth.

I noticed that we're giving Vox 10gpt. It seems that the mistake we previously thought occured did not.

We are giving GS 30gpt.
We are giving Vox 5gpt + 5gpt

HOWEVER our F1 screen shows us giving 45gpt to other civs!! I cannot figure this out. I reviewed the dipomacy screens of all of the other civs and we're not giving GPT to anyone .... however, it does show us giving silks to GoW for peace. And we, obviously, have no silks.

We are currently making 124gpt. With current expenses (including that 45gpt!) we lose 93.

However, they are receiving 15gpt, the phantom 5gpt is going to them. They're going to send us 5gpt next turn to cover it.
