I pretty much agree with your research path, my only changes and/or additons would be:
a) we already have a deal signed with GoW: we provide them with Industrialization in exchange for Medicine
b) consequently, I would like to strike another deal with GoW, with us trading them The Corporation in exchange for Sanitation - I have already tossed this idea to MZ yesterday
c) I would very much prefer securing Replaceable Parts ASAP. Having to kill infantry with cavalry is ugly... OTOH, shelling anything up to MIs with artillery is reeeally cool. I would probably suggest doing Replaceable Parts on our own, shortly after we get Electricity.
Otherwise, I agree with a fast research towards Flight & Mass Production.
