Maybe we should offer a preresearch agreement to trade Horseback Riding for Iron Working.

Also, agree that we will not trade Iron Working to anyone else if they will agree not to trade Horseback Riding to anyone else.

Then make a similiar agreement to Roleplay for Writing (the tech they are researching now) for our Horseback Riding. Same agreement to not trade to anyone.

This way we build the reputation of not being greedy, "trade us your tech and we won't whore it to the other civs" hopefully encouraging them to trade techs with us more freely.


We should foster Lux's distrust of ND.

Just catching up on the last 5 days of posts.

There seems to be a lot of communication between the civs.

Is ND central on our continent ?...They have to be ours (and others) first target in that case.

Before I left for my holidays, there was a feeling that we were going to get ganged up on...

I've heard some rumors that New Demo has been trying to get Roleplay to agree to a tech embargo against us and that Roleplay is encouraging Lux and ND to form an alliance against us.

Now it seems the target may be ND.
Who can we trust ???

Togas seems to be waiting for us to nominate who we are going after before choosing sides.
And the rumor is that ND has already upset Lux.

What is our war timetable ?

I agree, that is why I would like to concentrate on REXing now as with the tech trade pact we've built with Lux and Roleplay we should move through the tech chart fairly quickly and would like to have several cities to take advantage of the Golden Age.

Someone should play the turn for me because I am now going to work and will be unavailable for 9 hours.

Roleplay told me they have warriors south of both the one by Demogyptia and the one on the east coast so just move those warriors south and we should make contact shortly.

1st GhengisFarbial Guard Division (this is the one, um, near our cities)
Basher (duh, named by GF at the begining)
Basher Jr (the one that joined our team)

Couldn't re-name the worker, he was working (go figure).

Sent Basher directly S, INTO ND TERRITORY. Screw'em. LI did it to us....

Basher Jr sent SE to continue the move south and to get closer to the Eastern coast.

1st GF GD sent directly south, to the Panzer Hills just W of our Fort. He is now one turn away from re-entering defensive postures.

Thanks a lot for your message. We hope that you will leave our cultural border with the next turn so our friendship can be continued!

But I have to say something to the border agreement with lux... we "almost" had finished an agreement with them but they did not stop to hunt our settlers turns ago.

They ignored all our warnings and thats why we never have finished any agreements with them but we still hope that we can have peace with them in the future...
Anyway it is a fact that my people love the chinese people much more than the ottomans since these days.
