That thought had occurred to me... but I didn't wanna say anything. Not that I'm particularly superstitious, but...

Think on this: Legoland saved the rest of the teams from total and complete GS domination. Imagine, just imagine, if we had gotten the Pyramids too! My dear lord!

Everyone agrees with Sun Tzu, and I agree with everyone. I campaigned for Sun Tzu instead of the Great Lighthouse, so it's a no-brainer for me.

How do we handle the PR on our blind luck? Will Vox know we got a Leader (i.e. are we doing "battle reports"?). If not, will other teams guess that we got lucky, or can we just make them believe we were building two Wonder simultaneously?

One thing is for sure: whatever work we were doing toward "laying low" on the diplomatic stage are irrelevant. We're a big target, not only because of our reputation, but the obviousness of our (current) superiority (I'm not being elitist here...I doubt any other team is matching us in any domain right now).

Suggestion: say nothing about our leader to anyone. Let the other teams find out that we have two wonders now, while they (except Lego) have none. Let us strike fear into their hearts before we tear them apart!

There are two ways to approach this diplomatically.

One is to say nothing. Let the other teams guess...

Then we can either feed the idea that we were building multiple GWs, or that we got a leader.

The other is to flat-out tell the other teams that we got a GL and rushed Sun Tzu. We can play it up (possibly with screenshot + "The return of Grog") in a roleplay sense... could be cool. The others seem to go in for the ropeplay angle (well, GoW and RP sure do, ND is the stealth team as much as we, dunno about Lego, really).

I apologize for my profane outburst a few posts up. I wanted to make sure everyone knew how excited I was that we got a Great Leader, but that's no reason to use foul language. No one asked me to say this (by the way), I just want to keep a certain level of formality, even though this is our private forum.

That said, I hope our GL helps us kick major Bobian butt.

Well, I'm not somebody to use profanity often, and if it was possible to translate my remarks, you would see it was nowhere near insulting either. It's not like we're cursing someone, it's a bit like shouting OMG at the heat of a conversation.

I have one question though: how could anyone call himself an adult, if he stays up half the night in order to play a game?
