My experience is that you cant. Movement must be available, even if it is 1/3 of a point...

The name of the city shows up on the wonder screen. But that just tells them that we have Sun Tsu's in a city somewhere named Cyclone; it doesn't tell them where Cyclone is. Right?

If we build it in Cyclone, lets go with a 1 turn worker there this turn. Otherwise we end up wasting 10 shields.

Question... can we rush an improvement from inside the city screen? Because we probably can get into Cyclone... is there a right click on a leader and 'rush' option?

X-Posted with Aeson. I think. So we can rush ST at Cyclone?!
Can I try on the official map?

We need to test this... and not on the save itself. Does anyone have a game laying around with a leader present? Is it easy to recreate?

This is MP. The less they know, the better. Cardinal rule #3.

By the way, we would rush Sun Tsu's at the beginning of the turn to free up our leader slot, but we wouldn't get it until the following turn (assuming we build it in Cyclone).

Set up a scenario with a GL, hit space bar to end his turn. Then see if the option is there from the city screen.

It works for upgrades, I can't see why not for rushing.

OG is very vulnerable to any invasion, and it will act as a magnet!!!.
Advantage, we can a good guess where they wil be landing

I just tried and there is no inside the city screen option for rushing. Just 'fortify' and 'disband' even for leaders.

So we have to start a turn without a leader?...

Nathan, not if we do that in the city view, like we rushed units now... if we can. of course. We shouldn't delay it by much, though

It's the same problem, I think, as rushing it at the end of this turn, no MP left on the leader
