    The suspense is killing me!

Don't play too quickly though, we certainly can't afford to make any bad moves here.

/me runs to have a shower and cycle madly to work so he can log onto the 'net from there and see what's happening.
If I'm posting here then Counterglow must be down.

If you're serious on this, I would. I have his # stored in my cell phone.

Which is probably a good argument for cats - if they do that, we can bleed them.

Could you post it here, please? I think we have a quorum.

My count in EotS (leaving 5 Pikes for Arashi) at minimum in 3 turns is:

            7 WC's/Horsemen, 4 Pikes, 1 Med Inf, 4 Cats.

That's if we lose every battle we fight up till then.

If we're going to play the turn tonight I think we should. It's only ~4am right?

If we take out the Voxians threatening Monsoon, we can pull more pikes from Arashi farther south than if we leave them intact.

The Immortals 6 of Arashi need to be hit in any case, as they are 3 turns away from EotS themselves.
                  I am just counting.

None of the foot from Arashi can beat the Immortals back to EotS if we attack this turn. Unless they want to arrive wounded.

I agree, we need to destroy the 4 on the FP, and GoWs horse. More than that? I think we risk leaving EotS to be a near run thing. Too nearly run for my liking. But maybe I am being too conservative.

Theseus at home is (212)8281586. But let me make the call, if all agree.

                      Go for it, SR.

I wanna see his first post.

Am I right in thinking that Vox still can't see if Tempest is defended or not? If we fortify a spear there this turn, they don't see if it is truely fortified, or only half

Re: WCs from Monsoon and WW: no thanks. Cats would be better. And I would prefer a rushed cat in SS over one in WW, as it can help in the defense.

Definately wake Thesues, but please, can one of you Americans do that? Calling from Belgium is kind of expensive

Oh, last thought: Vox said reinforcements had landed, not that they were under way IIRC. Which means that our sword didn't die without a fight, it has killed one of their immortals first. I think.

Nothing wrong with being conservative. Remember every Immortal we kill near Arashi frees up a Pike to go to Tempest/EotS.

Pikes fortified in EotS have 67.3% odds against Immortals.

Vox can't see Tempest, I ran a test to make sure earlier this evening. They probably don't know it's there yet, but will next turn regardless. Bolderberg's Pike will be stationed there at the end of the turn (not fortified) most likely.

Except for the unit that scores the final kill, slow-movers attacking across the river will end their turn in Arashi. They can heal the turn after, and still intercept the Voxians just as they're on the outskirts of EotS. WCs should be able to hit the Voxians outside Monsoon and end the turn in Arashi to heal for their next battle.
