By moving Hack 9 we can see if any troop are on that other Mountain by Dissidentville, and keep confirmation of whether Vox will send their forces S to the E or W. He will also be able to see if the E Immortals are moving W... as we won't know where they are headed otherwise.

The information is worth far more than another Reg Sword in 5-6 turns IMO. By that time Vox's invasion will have played out most likely.

Sounds like a good plan, Aeson

Just thought I'd note that the plan would actually only have 5 WC's. I was thinking we had 2 in EotS, but that second unit is a Worker right?

See the RP log for disturbing news (well, we were anticipating it a bit): There is no Bob incursion by Vox, they will come squarely after us. At least that is what RP is telling, but I can understand they want to spoil such information to us, if the situation on Bob is growing into a ND+GoW against RP situation.

I figured as much. It makes no sense to start a war with 2 teams at once. Also, ND mentioned 'when we see them' in the public brawl thread.

No horses in Vox's lands verified. So unless they have a harbor and are importing them from Bob...

You can see harbors (GoW has one) on the screenshots so Vox does not have them (yet). No horses...

I'm not so sure on whether GoW is not under (limited) attack by Vox. RP is telling us they have deduced that from the public forums? Well... maybe... but that's far from certain. For the moment, I would keep assuming we will be hit full force, but I wouldn't be too much surprised if we don't see any immortals approaching our cities soon.

That's no evidence. ND's forces were still a couple of turns away from Port Isolation when they posted that, according to them. The maps confirm that this is likely.

If Vox were on Bob, ND would be going ape-sh*t. That ain't happening.

Look for 8 to 10 Immortals making an appearance in 3 or 4 turns coming straight at Arashi.

The 2 on the coast will most likely jump back on their boat and see what sort of mischief they can get into in our south.

Did Sufa switch to a Galley? Having 2 would be optimal to ensure the destruction of that Vox scow.

Maybe a bit more, though. 15 immortals is also quite plausable, and if they wait another few turns, 20 immortals can be done too.

What would the effect of using a worker as an outpost on the Arashi mountain do? would we get another square of visibility?

I haven't had any experience with outposts, so not sure how useful. but a turn notice would be a bit helpful, I would think.

Interesting thought, asleep. It may even give 2 more tiles warning, although I'm not sure if the view of an outpost is blocked by other mountains or not. You never need those in SP

However, we can only spend a worker on that if we have enough forces to protect it, IMHO.

well, we were going to keep spears there, to block entry anyway, were'nt we? or would a fortress be more beneficial

In the long run, a fortress, but it seems that that won't be ready in time if we want to push production of units quickly (and we need more units asap). But maybe we can spare a worker on an outpost.
