The Altera Centauri collection has been brought up to date by Darsnan. It comprises every decent scenario he's been able to find anywhere on the web, going back over 20 years.
25 themes/skins/styles are now available to members. Check the select drop-down at the bottom-left of each page.
Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
So I will hope for a GL and that we can rush a pallace in their lands, like Arrian suggested (I think it was Arrian)
I may have. I probably said it in a wistful sort of way, though. We hoped for something like that in the Bobian war, and that didn't work out. The odds of us 1) successfully invading, capturing and holding a significant chunk of Legoland; 2) getting a Leader; and 3) developing our new holdings without losing them to a ND/GoW backstab are pretty low.
One more thing: I think we must assume that whatever Vox has will be pitted against us too. It won't be much, but they could be an irritation.
Vox luckily can't just walk into Lego land, without Lego giving them the blocking city.
As to palace moving: if we go ahead and research our way to MAs (could do it at ~250, 10 turns after invading for sure), we won't have time to establish a palace there, we'd better build an army with the GL we're about to receive...
I, hopefully, have enlisted Vel as the chief planner of the attack. Both he and I are hoping on a LOT of team participation and critique though.
Again, I'd like us to have a defense thread and an offense thread, with the summary requirements here.
The greatest delight for man is to inflict defeat on his enemies, to drive them before him, to see those dear to them with their faces bathed in tears, to bestride their horses, to crush in his arms their daughters and wives.
Theseus, just start whatever thread you deem necessary. I would include a link to the first idea thread, and to the marine defense thread, as they contain a lot of info. But otherwise please organize as you'd like.
And I will always comment, but can't spend the time making detailed warplans, economic stuff is already quite the burden...
Got it. I'm going to keep the "Defense after Marines" thread, but start a new one for the attack on Lego.

"The first thing I am doing is making up a map of key sea locations... the line made at 7 tiles off of our coast (Lego has Magellan), and then which approaches provide them with positional threats to multiple cities. From that, I can design our naval and homeland defenses.... then I figure we can figure out how to build from there to the approach of our IC attack. I should have a map for the defensive side by this weekend.
Also, don't worry, we've got time before this all happens... I just want to design both defense and offense so DeepO and others can figure out the build queues."
He responded back that he is on board, and will jump int this weekend.

we might have less time for our defense than you might think... Lego is what, 15 turns from marines? Don't forget they are better in research then we are, and we can nearly get there at a 4-turn tech pace.
The window is rapidly closing, guys. There is no time for any delay!
And we need time to include it in the queues as well. For the moment, I'm just building rifles everywhere, and don't need to bother deciding if we need a rifle or a art (we need more rifles. period.), but this will change once we've got options to choose from. Also, I'm building galleons everywhere, but an estimate on how many transports we will ultimately need would also be nice, to not overbuild on transport ships, having nothing to put on them
USEFUL NOTICE: I've edited the first post in this thread to put in links to the post-marine defences thread and the GAUL attack planning thread, just to make them easier to find in the event that they drop off the first page.
