  • Turn 112, 330 BC

    It's here.
Nathan needs to take care of some popups first.
I can't see what's going on in Inchon yet, only that it is still ours... however, Eli did mention to me that they've had remarkable successes attacking Inchon (sounds like luck was on their side). Let's hope not too remarkable.

    Really? That sucks.

The trick isn't to break some eggs to make an omelette, it's convincing the eggs to break themselves in order to aspire to omelettehood.

      Tremendously.

At least we can comfort ourselves with the thought that it was mostly luck that brought them into this position. Our pikes were fortified, behind walls and on hills (6.75 defense, if I'm not mistaken - 1.685 times more than Vox's attack strength).

Yeah, 6.75 is right. So if they merely killed 1 for 1, they got really lucky.

'Remarkable' is all relative I guess. We'll see.

On a side note, it might spell the demise of their core to have stopped to play at Inchon. Do they still have Dissidentville or did they gift it away?

            Shiber, could you send it?

I'll send it to the usual suspects, but I understand that you can't go through the pre-production stage yourselves (or if you do, you must not tell us what you see until Nathan goes through it himself).

alva, blank that info out until Nathan makes the production phase moves, please. It could influence what we do.

Damn, now I've seen it too.

Don't read this, very important if you want to continue the discussion
                      Spoiler:

Btw, screw Inchon, if we could get Elipolis this turn.

Sorry SR, I did this on Arrians advice

How many pikes did we have in Inchon to begin with?

Stats, as of last turn (350 BC):

We could find out some about the status of Inchon (at the very least, our surviving garrison and a rough idea of current Voxian numbers) legitimately by going into the city view from the EotS production pop-up and tabbing backward to Inchon. If someone wants to go ahead and do that and post the results, they're welcome to. It might also be worth seeing what's visible from Inchoff's city view.

                              I didn't think of that.
I'll go and do it right now.
