OK, I must not have been paying attention. (I've gotta put into one of the threads for newer players).

So yeah, definitely a Worker/Pike rush.
The greatest delight for man is to inflict defeat on his enemies, to drive them before him, to see those dear to them with their faces bathed in tears, to bestride their horses, to crush in his arms their daughters and wives.

It's an old CivII thing... being a CivII player, I just knew about it from the start.

Okay, is that all we want to do in the production phase this turn? (Edit: I've already switched Hurricane to a pike.)

You learn something new every day.

BTW, has anybody noticed that Beta has gotten me a little pumped?

                    Voxian deployments:

                    Threatening Inchon:

Inchon 8: One vet pike, one regular pike.
Inchon 9: One vet pike, one regular pike, one 1/4 vet pike, one 1/4 immortal, and three cats.
Inchon 6: One vet pike, one healthy elite immortal, two healthy regular immortals, a 2/5 immortal, two 2/4 immortals, a 1/4 immortal, a vet warrior, and a regular warrior.
Inchon 3: One vet and one regular immortal.

                    Nearby:

Inchon 3-3: One vet spear and one vet warrior.
Inchoff 7-4: One regular pike. (They're vacating the Inchoff area.)
Elipolis: A vet spear plus unknown others.

Note that at the moment, we cannot see Inchon 3-3-2, so it's possible that Vox may have something there.

                    Other:

                    Dissidentville 7: One regular pike.
Dissidentville: One veteran pike plus (maybe) unknown others.

We have a galley at I2 with a MedInf and a cat on it. My thought is to unload that in the city, hit the immortals at I3 with both cats, and attack whichever of those units comes out the first defender with the MedInf. Also, pull back the forces by Elipolis to defend Inchon, pillaging the road with a WC before it loads.

Also, shall I go ahead and take out the pike near Inchoff with the forces on our eastern galley?

One other question for the turn: Do we want to found a city in the eastern desert with the settler we built a while back? (By the way, on a related note, I'm switching Cyclone back to settler production if that's okay.)

What do we have in Inchon right now that can attack? Anything?

We had a med inf & 2 WCs in there, right?

                              Yeah, let's hit the immortals.

Oh, I wish we had enough strike power to do more damage with!

We have no attack troops in Inchon at the moment, but we have two MedInfs in galleys that can unload and then attack.

I just thought of an alternative possibility if we want to risk it. If we can ping the pike at I6 down a point, that should give us a shot at Vox's uninjured elite immortal. (3x3 is 9 and 5x2 is 10, so taking a hit point off the pike should expose the immortal if I understand correctly.)
