    That is PRECISELY what a quorum is for. Yet several demogames ignore that, set up quorums, and allow yes to pass without a majority of the quorum voting yes.

    Reasoning being that "if enough people don't feel strongly enough to vote no, it should pass". I very much disagree that it should be the burden of the no vote to disallow something. It should be that the majority need to PASS something.

    PTWDG I is a perfect example with the Battle Log vote. Each team had one vote, hard quorum. 'Yes' fails to get a majority of the votes, yet passes.
