I suggest we implement a 12 hour guideline for playing the turn. And each team should designate - if they have not already done so - 3 players.

The three player idea is good, but I hate setting a time limit on turns. They're often received in the middle of the night for some people and it's hours before they even know they have the save. Or like Zargon who is Tabemono's primary turnplayer and isn't even receiving the save most of the time.

Please send me an email at the address below using the account you'd like me to send the turns too.

We have 3 designated players, but Alva and Theseus seem very reluctant to play whenever I'm slow. You'd have to ask them why that is, but I expect they simply don't have the time.If I'm posting here then Counterglow must be down.

As a punishment for not abiding by the "Rule" we'll have the offending teams turn played by the Game Historian in any manner he see fit. And the next team on the list gets the save mailed to them by the Historian. A poll would be good after some discussion about the issue.

I'm all for moving the game along, but I'm still not sure if 12 hours is entirely fair. With three turnplayers per team it could probably work, but I'm still a little hesitant to say 12.

But, what if we did something opposite for teams who played in under 6 hours? Like provide them with a reward of sorts? Lets say that a team plays 5 turns in a row in under 6 hours for each turn, then all the other teams have to gift 1 gold to that team. If teams do not have contact, the gold is put "on the books" and will be paid when possible.

I think this is difficult to follow. Maybe fast teams could ask for a time extension during a complex turnCampeón 2006 Progressive Games

Sound good for me that Panzer could be our inquisitor
The only thing for this is that he must look in each teams thread the movements they have planned
Perhaps BigFree's idea is a good one also, but I like it with Niessuh's complement.
BTW, congratulations, look like this game is reviving.

The thing is that many of us are involved in more than one demo game.
In my case, I have heavy diplomatic duties in all three of them. Being that each game has different paces, it's impossible to juggle all duties at the same time. When the PTWDG war was being planned, I was devoting most of my time to that game and ignoring the ISDG and the PTWDG II. When PTWDG II started I was heavily involved there since few of my teammates had multi-player demo game experience at the time. Right now the ISDG needs me most which is where I'm dedicating most of my demo game time.
Things will obviously change later on. I'd probably agree that once the PTWDG war is over (with a smashing GoW-ND victory of course ) things will cool off and this game will pick up steam again.A true ally stabs you in the front.
