No matter is it me or krill who votes we want the 24 hours rule to be enforced. Otherwise it is not a rule

There are cases when you need more than 24 hours but thoses cases should be occasional

It is incomplete.

So either correct it, very quickly, or we stop giving battle reports of our own.
