So in a Feudal Game, how do new players join in as the months go by?

I guess it will be ready in about two weeks. In the meantime, feel free to vote in the polls setting up the game (since you want to play in the game, it is yours as much as anybody else's).

Also, feel free to discuss the details of the rules of a feudalism game

I would say they get to claim unclaimed land for free. And those who leave will see their lands become "unclaimed" as well (after some delay, like two months of inactivity or something)

My suggestion is that someone in power attributes tiles to cities, so that they don't get shared. The oldest city has the priority. Ie, if City2's radius encompasses two tiles that are also in City1's radius, City1 gets an authority on them, and the owner of the tile votes on City1's issues.
City1 may want to "lend" the tile to City2 if useful, but City1 keeps the ownership on this tile.
Keep in mind this is only my suggestion. I hope GF will open a thread dedicated to discuss, so that we iron out the details of the Feudal DG.

I don't know about the "£minimap rules"; could someone have me enlighted?
The $ minigame is something that was based on the DG, but had no impact on the political decisions. Basically, players said they owned land, and they said they sold the goods produced by this land (thus creating a whole economic system).
They earned money that way, that they could use to buy more land, or to buy (ficitional) improvements on their land, bringing them more money.

Is there enough leeway in the Feudal concept that if you don't want to deal with those specific ownership concepts you don't have to? And could you be President etc. and not have to deal with it?
                  Consul.

Back to the ROOTS of addiction. My first missed poll!

If a tile falls in multiple citys' radii it would have a vote in all those cities elections.

No you don't have to own tiles, there are a lot of other ways to be involved, check out the discussion thread.

This feudal Game sounds interesting, although I don't really understand how it works yet, but I will soon find that out when we get started
