Is there some reason why no one is building distilleries? They seem to be in all ways better than breweries, with the one exception that they need sugar opposed to food. But basically all the food grown is from grasslands, which could be used to make sugar. I assume I’m missing something.

The only place where growing sugar is allowed is Uber Island and we haven't opened it up for bidding yet.
