I love the Germans, I play them more than anyone else. It's the Panzers. Come on, they're PANZERS for crying out loud. I'll pick the Germans for simply the fact that I know I wont ever see Bismark and his Panzers facing me.
For Panzers, I think its the extra movement rate. With tanks, I find I still use Cavalry a little bit to get that extra bit of range into enemy territory, but with Panzers, I get the range and the splat that the enemy makes when I run right over them.I use Posturepedic mattresses for a lifetime of temporary relief.Comment

Other civs also seem to hate it when you just steamroll other civs for no other reason except you need the space.
But then I have never been able to get other civs to like me. Maybe it's because I am usually ahead in techs.
And I really don't like fighting against the new Mideval Infantry. They can take down Cavalry, for heaven's sake!Whew! I'm back and ready to start writing again.
