I'll leave out Brussels, because it isn't a totally Flemish city. Furthermore, Brussels is bigger as Amsterdam and this might cause a problem if I included it; I mean obviously Amsterdam should be the Dutch capital.

Democracy should be the favored gov. of the Jews. we have self governed ourselves on day to day issues for most of history, living within other nations, and the models for this are all democratic. even the brief spans of history that were ruled be a king, the knig did not have absolute power in the same sense that english, french or other european kings did. Sol, David, and Solomon all had to deal with the Sanhediran (jewish high court) on religious and political matters.
