Yes, but we must wait for curt's answer.

I say we play it at Deity difficulty.(for the neutrals).
"Military training has three purposes: 1)To save ourselves from becoming subjects to others, 2)to win for our own city a possition of leadership, exercised for the benefit of others and 3)to exercise the rule of a master over those who deserve to be treated as slaves."-Aristotle, The Politics, Book VII

All those who want to die, follow me!

            Another player!

Xenozod, thank you for your kind words, but i am terribly sorry. It seems there are not any other civilizations left.

There are six players already:Me, FiGU, Pap, Curt, Jim, Cifer.
The neutral civ is not meant to be played.

But if curt doesn't answer soon you will get his place.

If I am included in the PBEM, then I must warn you that I, too, will only be able to play on weekends.

                  BUMP indeed.

I had sent a PM to Curt five days ago, and just sent him an e-mail.

If he does not answer by the end of the weekend Xenozod gets his place controlling either the Brits or the eastern allies to be decided in accordance with Pap.

Just to get things going i say Cifer posts his turn.

He is getting the Germans no matter what.

                  Turn sequence:

                  1.Germany:Cifer

Be sure you have the Microsoft gold edition(MGE) of civilization 2.

                        Sequence:

                        Select:

                        Multiplayer
                        Network Game
                        TCP/IP
                        Begin Scenario
Then choose the correct .scn file from your directory
                        Then choose the Deity level
                        Check Open game
                        Choose unlimited time
                        Network name -does not matter
                        Game name- does not matter
                        Start game
                        Choose your Civ
                        Your gender
                        Your name

When you save make sure at least one unit is still "blinking". Im other words one unit HAS to have movement left and is unfortified. Then press CTRL-N, that will end your turn and zero out any movement for any unit including the fortified ones. That prevents the AI from unfortifying and moving your units all over the place.

After CTRL-N save the turn, then post it here with a description of what you did that turn.

                        BTW, i advise against cheating.

I agree with Preicles, no cheating!

I will be making a open version in the future, but this version will be OK, I think!
