The reasons behind his delay are quite unclear.

In order to meet my self-imposed deadlines for my scenario, I have to drop out of the innings here.
Yes, I know, I am a let down, but I am dedicated to CIV2 scenarios and have only so many hours in the day to spare.

Bad news:
I am sorry to say, but I am going to have to drop out of this game. Due to me being busy in real-life, I am limited to certain time spent online. I am afraid that it would take too much time for me to play a PBEM. I tried to play the game, but I never had the time.
Again, I am truly sorry to say this, but I think it is for the best of this PBEM.The one and only panda of the Red Army.
