Ok, what's going on here? If there's a way, I'd love to continue this game....

It appears that Galvatron has been cheating. See http://apolyton.net/forums/showthrea...30#post1614430 for details.

This game has been checked, and it doesn't appear that Galvatron was cheating in it.

          Hmmm.

Case & Darius, could you contact me?

I'm obviously concerned and curious about this. I strongly suspect someone in this game is cheating. I'd like more information.

Every time this problem has occurred, a cheating player has been the answer. I'm getting VERY annoyed with it. My scenario functions properly every time I play it and I'm tired of this sort of activity casting doubt on the functionality of my work.

Well, well, well. Very annoying. As I don't have the first clue on scenario building, editing and such, I ask you guys what happened.
My GUESS is that aka pressed enter after his turn was finished before saving and that the AI has played one turn for everybody. Now this would explain a lot-just have to check the dates.
I came to this conclusion together with aka last night. He'll replay that turn. Then we will see.

              Galvatron In or Out?

              Now to the cheating.
It was clearly stated in the first post of the thread that cheaters be banned. Galvatron was obviously caught cheating in another game.
As I don't know how to post a poll, let's have one by posting: Galvatron In or Out?

Ceteram says: Out. I don't play cheaters.

                Schlumpf says:

I don't want to have a witch-hunt against Galvatron, especially because it is very probable that the problems encountered in our game are not his fault, but if it is really proven that he has cheated in another game thenI say:

To hell with him! I don't want to play with cheaters

For the last time, I'm telling you that AI crossover is NOT the explanation here. The ONLY time that the AI can move German units is between the German and American turns. Since it's confirmed that this glitch occurred between the Japanese and French turns, it was impossible for the AI to have taken over the German units.

I can also say rather confidently that cheating on Galvatron's part would NOT have caused this either, since that would have only affected units of the civ before him (France).

I have no idea how this could have happened, but I can tell you how it could not have happened.

At any rate, replaying the turn sounds like a good idea; if it doesn't happen again then no problem.
                  Unbelievable!

Darius, thanx again for your many and detailed explanations. We now know how it happened and that Galvatron "only" cheated somewhere else. Cool. Don't worry and thank you very much again.
Now let's get the thread back on topic.
                      sas: You are welcome.
                      Bump for aka.

Sorry for being a little blunt, but I just didn't want to have to say it a third time.

Btw, any deals made by my predesessor must be resent to Berlin as soon as possible. However, I reserve the right to renegotiate new and present deals in accordance with the new leaderships agenda.

That agenda is yet to be decided on

EDIT: The save have a password for Germany. Can anyone remove it please?
