I find it amusing that you keep trying to convince everyone that it was nothing but luck, when I have repeatedly said that that's all it was.

And I know I am not that good. You can keep reminding everyone of that, and I will too.

    BUT...

The score is still 2-0 in whose favor?

P.S. To clue you in: When you stop posting about your losses is when I will discontinue... I tried once before, but hey, I guess you missed it!

He doesn't need the posts like I do...

I AM secretly hoping he continues.

Just too bad there is no sports forum here!

It would probably be as boring as the Sports Forum at CFC... at least here, sports threads in the OTF are lively.

Granted, you don't get posts for it, but you can always post here for those

The problem is that it's only lively when I start talking smack about the Big Ten. (They still suck, only putting four teams into Bowl, that's f**king awful)

I never mentioned that I beat Eyes of Night one night much the same way, lucking out in one of his horsie games, winning a few battles and then finishing him off relatively fast...

His insults and such after sound like what I am receiving here.

            Food for thought.

They have a team in the national championship... Does your conference?

Hey... this forum was meant for chest beating... that's half the fun. I love when Eyes stops by... it usually perks things up for a while. Especially when one of the other self proclaimed "experts" show up to diss him

Actually my team was there last year...

And my conference the year before WON the national title...

And Nebraska won THREE Titles in the 90's... More than the entire Big Ten COMBINED.

And I could go on, but no sense in it considering your scrubini conference is so pathetic.

                AND...

Where is Strat these days? I actually had a couple of good conversations with him on Avalon Hill games.

Chest Thumping has really never been my thing in games where I can't back it up. BUT, when provoked...

You bet... It should be a fun weekend of games if both of them are playing.

                            Re: Looking over my shoulder

Don't you think I do that EVERY time I play, considering usually I am the low man on the totem pole? And I know I am a tough nut to crack, especially when I decide to play defense.

I don't fear anyone, otherwise I wouldn't play this game in fear of losing one of them... I like gaming in general, and play for the fun of it, which can be had when I am winning and losing.

But more often when I'm winning...

Yes... winning is better. But lossing is still better than not playing at all
