Call To Power 2 Cradle 3+ mod in progress: https://apolyton.net/forum/other-games/call-to-power-2/ctp2-creation/9437883-making-cradle-3-fully-compatible-with-the-apolyton-edition
Germany can't invade Britain. Only the west allies can build transports. I designed the scenario to be over when either Paris or Berlin falls, but I never anticipated such an early victory/defeat. I've spent most of the game up to this point investing in city growth and I've just begun to mass produce troops and join in on the war, so I personally would like to keep going, but I don't know where a good stopping point will be. I guess we could play another turn and see if ANZAC can retake France. If he does we can consider this the aftermath of Verdun, since basically the French army was destroyed during the battle and the British carried the West Front henceforth, so no big loss.
Not to mention academia didn't destroy many troops in his invasion; he probably only encountered about ten units, and perhaps twenty or so more units disappeared when their homes were lost. Most of the Allied army hasn't even been touched since the German strategy avoided the Front itself, so there are many troops there.
All I am worried about is that when ANZAC retakes France many of the fortifications will be destroyed, so the German player can attack even with infantry.

Well, take this as an experience. Maybe you could try to modify a couple of things in a future improved multiplayer version.

Yes, around 35-45 units.

Took 70% of France, including Paris, cut major rail lines to prevent further one-turn blitzes, and solidified defensive position in numerous hills and mountains. Last turn I took my greedy eyes from all those empty German cities because I thought Britain could defend them better than I, but after the last turn it appears not. So, now my only option is to raze the entire nation. Either the allies will have France, or nobody at all!
