Is there any newer version? Where is it available ?
Or is it a custom modification?

Yeah these are all custom modifications we did: we "Nemo-ized" all the graphics files or atleast I did

So experiment with it, and you may find some customization that you like.

I did that too with some scenario and my civ...
However since i'm so lazy i'm turning into a jelly (and pretty busy studying too! ) would you care to send me the .gif you're using?

The reason for the British units blocking the paths is both because I somehow neglected to cntl-n on my previous turn, so my units were all over the place to start with, and many times the only available routes were on regular roads
