Iīm not sure about the alliances/wars/cease fires here... i know i canīt trust the civ2 foreign minister... so, i just going to tell you that India wishes to sign a cease fire with Russia (it seems iīm at war with them).
We have bigger concerns than invading russian soil, ok?
Of course, if somebody tries to defy India, let it be sure that theyīll suffer unpleasant consequences. is it clear?
