• WAAR High Council Release

To :Zulu and Mali leaders
From: WAAR High Council

Dear sirs/Madams,

The WAAR High Council, being the benevolant people we are, and seeing that the Mali so preciously holds to its control of the Americas, are willing to negotaite on the number of American Colonies to be handed over. If the Mali would rather hold onto what they see as more useful territory in the Americas they can then do a trade off for their African territories. We now this may not please the Zulus so this is directed to both of you to address.

Either ALL American Colonies become WAAR controled and the WAAR hand over all African Provinces (Except for the Nile Valley Egypt and Sudan).

Or, the number of colonies in America is altered and a similar number of desert provinces are handed over to WAAR control. We have the ability to transform poor desert country to high performers. As we have demonstrated in Israel and Saudi Peninsula.

We hear that you wish us to show our good will by the hand over of Mali territory before negotaitions continue, this will not happen. However we are prepared to do a staged handover, you name the province you want, we name the province we want. This will show willingness on both sides.

A proviso on all this is that all provinces and colonies remain intact, we give our word that no improvments have been ransacked by us. In fact we are actively engaged in rebuilding certain improvements.

Finally to the issue of Troops stationed within each province, all troops should be removed except for any defenders necessary to defend the province. We have trained up the survivors in each of the captured Mali territories to the level of Alpine Units, this should please the Mali leadership. We expect the same in the American Colonies. As for any offencive units, they should immediatly leave the garrisoned areas. In Africa all WAAR Ralfitzers will be removed to Israel. Any Mali units in America will need to head to the East coast where a transport (provided as a loan from the WAAR) will collect them and take them back to Africa. upon disbarkation, the transport shall be returned to WAAR Control.

We await any response on all these issues .....

Secretary of State

• Mogadishu

Shakeem finished reading the WAAR letter he had recieved earlier that morning as he arrived by train into the desert town of Mogadishu. He was accompanied by his Foreign Minister.

"The Israeli proposal seems genuine and fair Kaliid. It seems as if the Mali play it cool, they will get their homeland back. This will be great news for Africa and the west. The Mali think our intentions seem selfish, but their return to power in Africa will make our nation feel safer and Africa as a whole will be much more secure. The motherland above all else is the most important land on the earth and it must be safe, particularly from Israeli influence."

Kaliid nodded.

"Of course General. Africa is our home. It is our peoples home and it is the Mali peoples home. I don't see ourselves as selfish because we are not as concerned with overseas affairs as we are our own continent. The Mali can think what they want, but we only have their best intentions in mind, as we always have."

Shakeem gave a look of agreement.

"So Kaliid, what did the Mali think of your offer to cede the territory of Skopje to their control? We are fully prepared to turn over control on this province as soon as the China deal is finalized. The people there have already been informed and seem to offer no resistance. It's not like they've ever been ruled by any nation. Not since the Norse temporarily took control so many centuries ago. All we get from them is a small dividend of tax money each February and the occasional hello. Their elected mayors are going to run Skopje regardless of what nations flag flies over the state building. They will give the Mali no problems during the transfer of power."

Kaliid had an un-sure look upon his face.

"Truthfully Shakeem, they practically ignored the offer. I don't know if they thought I was bluffing or if they just didn't want the headache of taking over such a distant province. I didn't get a yes or a no, but it surely didn't seem as though they were interested."

Shakeem shrugged.

"Well we don't want to give Skopje up by any means. If the Mali do not care, we will happily retain control of the city. After you have traveled to Sudan to inform the WAAR council that we support their given statement, I would like you to make a trip to Accra and get a definite yes or no."

Kaliid saluted.

"Yes sir."

Kaliid went his seperate way from the General. Shakeem gazed out upon the land surrounding Mogadishu. It was flat and barren, but the plains were alive with activity. Heavy machinery tilled the ground and large pipes for irrigation were being deeply routed into the soil. It was terraformers. Shakeem was in Mogadishu to witness for himself the transformation of desert into grassland.

"Amazing" he thought to himself...........

• Prison outside of Moscow, Russia; European Union...

It had been four days, not a single word spoken between Vladimir Lenin and his cellmate. Maybe it was better that way, Lenin only had six months here. Who knew how much longer his cellmate would be here. Lenin slowly ate his gruel, courtesy of the Russian State Pen.

His cellmate stood up and stretched looking out of the iron bars, it was a dark and dreary place. No athsteticly pleasing view in the entire building, and outside was cold and barren, the snow screening the forests to near invisibility. The walls were old, very old, made of cement brick that was wasting away. The cell was cool and dank, it likened to a medieval dungeon.

His cellmate was equally decrepid; he was a middle-aged Mongolian. No doubt captured during the Uralsky invasion, however this could be untrue, many Mongols lived amongst Russians for centuries, in fact they considered themselves Russians more than they did Mongolians. Lenin placed his tray on the floor, it was splotched with blood and other stains, and stood up "Comrade." he said simply.

The Mongol turned around, and in a Russian accent replied "Yes?"

"Why have they imprisoned you?" asked Lenin.

"I robbed a transport vehicle, me and my friends. They weren't as lucky as me, well if you think about it, maybe I am the one with the bad luck." he said smiling, his teeth were brown and rotting.

"The police killed them huh?" Lenin asked.

"Yes, they did. They spared me though." said the Mongol, looking down the hallway lined with cells. It was so dark seeing into them was an impossibility.

"The world is nothing but a process, history rather is the process. The world is merely its stage. One day my friend our plight will be an ancient relic. Prisons, police, governments, they will all cease to exist, cease to exploit the people." said Lenin.

"That all seems very wonderful, but look at me. I am in jail, I am an old man, I've never married, never had children, never a family or my own home." he said "My life has been a waste of time, this place isn't so bad for me if you think about it."

"That isn't true, you are guilty of no crime. You are a victim. You've had a job no doubt?" he asked.

"Yes I have, I used to cut lumber. I was layed off though." he replied.

"Why is that?" Lenin asked.

"Machines, my job was no longer usefull, I never worked any other job before that. I lived in Uralsky, that's all there is there; lumber." he said.

"Ah yes, the capitalist strikes again." said Lenin. "You see, there has been constant struggle between those that control the means of production and those that do not, for centuries this has been true. In the days before this civilization that we cling so hard to there was nothing but peace and community. There was no concept of ownership." he began.

"That's impossible, there was always ownership, always." said the Mongol.

"No, in the early days man was communal. It wasn't until the age of Empires that history began, and with it our process. The Idea, the weltgeist." said Lenin.

"You sound like a preacher." replied the Mongol.

"I am no preacher, I am just a follower of a great man. Karl Marx." said Lenin.

"Karl Marx? Never heared of him." said the Mongol.

"That doesn't surprise me, it would do a lot of people well if nobody has heared of him, but it doesn't matter. You can not defy the Idea, the process had begun. The means of production will shift to the Proletariat, the worker, there shall be a dictatorship of the working class." Lenin replied.

"Well, that sounds very interesting, but I have important sleeping and feeling sorry for myself to do, so if you don't mind I'm going to sleep." said the Mongol, walking towards his bed.

"You'll see, one day you'll see..."

• Sudan Territory

"Commander Keen, I am surprised to find you still here, werent you heading off to oversee the construction of the Project in Iraq?"

"Yes Mathew but I recieved word from President Auldinksy that I was to remain to meet with the Zulu Foriegn minister. I had to spend the alst few days just hanging around here waiting as Minister Kaliid was delayed due to the lack of railroads thorugh Africa, those pesky Zulus keep dismantling them everytime theres a threat of war!! Makes traveliing time much longer"

"May I ask why you had to see him commander? Is it good news for peace?"

"Well I probably shouldnt mention it yet Mathew, but what the hell, you will hear soon enough. It appears the Zulus and WAAR have finally reached a common ground. "

"Great Commander, my boy can be home with his mother soon then !!"

"Not so fast Mathew, the Mali have still not responded, we have posted our message in every Mali town and used all our intelligence network to get our agents to delvier the message , but still no reply."

"I hope the soldiers come home soon, we can use them to finish the engineering jobs."

"Yes, we have much work to complete and little time to do it"

• Letter to EU Leadership

To : Winston Churchill Prime Minister of EU

From : Benajmin Disraeli Secretary of State WAAR

Re: Peace keeping forces in Africa.

With the recent agreement between Zulu and WAAR we feel it is no longer necessary to maintain your presence in Africa. The main reason for you being there was as a barrier between Zulu and WAAR armys. The positions you were given didnot prevent nor were they meant to, prevent contact between Mali and WAAR armys.

To aid in the rebuildign of the Mali empire, we ask that you cede both African provinces you are garrisoning back to the Mali ASAP. All peace keeping forces in africa should be turned over to Mali leadership to so as they can set up defences in their new provinces.

This action is not only necessary as the war in africa is over, but also because the WAAR High Council would rather deal with Mali or Zulu than with the EU. We feel your handling of the Khurdistan incident has soured WAAR/EU relations and it would be best to not have to meet on a previous battle ground where tensions ar ealready high enough.

As part of this withdrawal from Africa we ask that you also remove all forces from Turkey. This area has always been a DMZ and should be returned to that status. We dont issue any warnings or time schedule on this, you are aware of our ability to forcebily kick out the units, but would rather you take the lead and do it.

Thankyou

• The Zulus disagree on one of Israeli point. Mali cities were defiled in a way, as their names have been changed. The Zulus suggest the Israelis re-instate the previous Mali city names before the cities are returned.

• EU Response to Israel...

European State Department
110 Metternich Way
Berlin, Germany

TO: The ambassadors of the Zulu Federation and the West Asian and American Republics.
FROM: Vittorio Rossi, Secretary of State of the European Union.

Dear Sirs,

This letter is a response to the latest WAAR release towards the European Union, it has been sent to the Zulus as well because the messages carried within pertain to them as well.

On a point by point basis, WAAR's statements were probably well meant but were very ill worded and planned. The first portion of your statement has already been set into motion, the Europeans have already announced their withdrawl from Africa and the return of the cities to Mali, therefore further discussion in that area are un-neccessary.

As for your second statements, the ones involving Turkey. We feel that your assessment of the entire situation is quite troubling indeed. First you used the selling of books from a library as a potential excuse to reopen hostilities in an area that has seen its share of them. Further you stress the very point you were against just years before when the Mali conflict began. OUR units are on OUR territory, this is fully within OUR rights as a sovreign nation and they shall not be withdrawn. The very same point was made by your armies against the Mali, which acted in the VERY SAME way you are acting right now to us, I hope and pray that Israel does not turn itself into a hypocrite.

To summarize the European Union will withdrawl all forces from Africa and shall return the bases it currently occupies over to the Mali, they will also be given soldiers as well to protect these cities against any local enemies, and we all know who those might be. As far as Turkey goes we will withdraw no units, I am quite sure that no nation within their right minds could denounce this maneuver; this land is our land, these men are our men, we have every right to station them there.

We hope that this does not further sour the relationship between WAAR and the European Union, and would like to make plans for future summits to rebuild it.

Thank you.

Secretary of State,

Vittorio Rossi

From : Roberto Auldinsky President of the WAAR

My Dear wisnton,

I am writing this personal letter to you as the situation between our countries deteriates. You seem to be forgetting your history, the Turkish Peninsula has always been and should always remain a DMZ between our nations. This was agreed centuries ago, if you wish to break this agreement, ( remembering it is the only agreement of a DMZ the WAAR has we have never had one with the Mali.) we shall take that as an act of aggresion and much worse than the desolation of our Fortress in Khurdistan ( we notice you did not destroy the Fortress yo kno reside in) and the Raping of our city improvments.

We know the world wil lyet again judge us harshly for this, but we dont give a flying sh!t. You have pushed and pushed and you have gone too far, once agian all chances of a western coalition to curtail the expansion of the aussies is gone. We shall regard you from now on as an enemy of WAAR and action will be taken accordingly. May the best man win !!! This is PERSONAL !!!

Wasnt a war over a library, it was going to be a war over attitude towards us. They expected us to give themn their citys back unscathed after our conquest of Europe ( which we did) yet they claim right to sel our property. They also destryoed a Fortress claiming it only leads to aggression keeping it , and yet the ykeep a fortress one square away for their own troops. The actiosn were aggresive and itsnsmatter whether they detroyed a library or blow up two tall towers, it was aggresive and we repsonded a swe deemed necessary, we halted that process in the aims of peace, but once again he pushes his attitude into our face and expects us to do nothing, well so be it I am Bast@rd and a W@nker, buit is all out war now!!!!!

• The Generals of te WAAR army and the Admirals of the WAAR Navy were all gathered together in the Bunker in Iraq. They had gathered here after the latest tirade by their leader President Auldinksy. He had announced a Jihad agaisnt the EU and the Alarms were now ringing out across the nation.

"What are our expected losses General Williams?" asked Brigadier Scott Johnson.

"Sir we expect we may ls 2-3 provonces in the early months of the war, that will entail the loss of over 50 000 citizens. After that initial charge we shopuld be able to push the EU back and possible take upto 5-6 provinces within the next five years. Casualtiys expected to run into the hundreds of thousands. The only question is then wil the Zulu attack again, we think most likely and also we believe the Mal iwil ltake advantage of the situation and attack in America and Africa. That would lead to millions of lives lost."

"Damn this war!!! Will we survive the combimined attack?"

"No sir we cant, the Zulus outnumber us in all areas. with no outside help we wont saurvive more than 40 years of this war."

"And with help?"

"Sir we beleive if we can get Mongol aid we could not only survive the war but totally crush the EU once and for all"

"So if they dont come to our aid what do we do, the PResidenths committed us to total war."

"Sir if we ar eleft alone, the Mighty WAAR tradition will see us fight to the last man. We wil lcause so much damage to the Western Coalition they will never again be able to challenge any other nation"

"Millions of innocents wil die though General!!"

"That is what war is about sir, the EU pushed the wrong buttons on the President and thats all there is to that"

"he is such a hot head!!"

"Yes but he is the PResident and he represents exactly what the majority of WAAR citizens feel, the actions of the EU were meant to upset us. They wante dto see us respond in this way"

"Yes they did, they wanted to see how weak mentally we are, well now they know and soon I guess they wil lfeel how far a pshycopath wil lgo when taunted one too many times!"

Just to remind all....

The first day I joined this game, the EU (Adriatica back then) thretened me with attacks, for entering this very same DMZ a DMZ that I didnt know existed, but after being informed about it I withdrew the units.

The Zulus three sessions ago demanded , under threat of violence,a WAAR unit be removed from a Fortress that overlapped their city radius and the WAAR once agian for peace sake removed it.

if anyone could give me one good reason to support a coalition of people that obviosuly hate my nation and take great delight in antogonising us then i would join it, but not once, has any help been offered from the Western Alliance, no techs no gold, nothing, just verbal tirades and destruction of WAAR property, please tell me how this means that for no reason I will be aiding the Aussies. My allegiance at present is with the Nongols and no one else, unless anyone else offers me support.

on the contrary, all my wars have been instigated by others and I always follow logic, not the rhetoric as posted here. I ask again how would Zulus respond to WAAR howitzers parked in a recognised DMZ, (For real life example how would USA react to North Korean Artillery advancing into Korean DMZ ?)

for a nation so claled "Hell bent on conquering" we havhanded back far more land than we have ever taken. If world conquest or suicde was our goal, we would never have returned the Europena conquests.

You're right here we go again, once again at a time when we need western Coalition to form the EU continues to do things that he knows will incite war, tell me who is the illogical one, or perhaps it is the EU that is working with the Aussies to keep tensions high. A simple Apology for the previous actions of Firstly invading Khurdistan then deetroying city improvemnts , then destroying a Fortress and finally if they removed the units from DMZ would end the crisis altogether. You are so quick to put pressure on me to cave in but I see no pressure applied by you to the EU to go for peace, so you too are acting illogically given your ultimate aim was to get a western coalition to fight the Australians.....

Re: Current Mid East Crisis

As a peace loving nation we have decided to take our issues to the world to be judged. Prior to any military action being taken by the WAAR we are releasing this letter to ascertain the worlds opinions on this matter.

The FACTS
1. There is and has been much tension in Mid east for centuries, all sides taking every action very seriously.
2. The EU under AI control invaded Khurdistan and conquered it, this broke the peace agreement between EU and WAAR
3. Upon normal leadership beign reinstated, the EU agreed to return Khurdistan.
4. Prior to returning it they sold the remaining city impovement(s) as they openly admit to seling a library but fail to mention the other improvment they destryoed too. For evidnece please refer picture below, showing that prior to capture the city was size 7, with 6 improvements. After capture it was size 5 and unkwonn improvemnts due to EU ownership, they claim it only had a library left. But all my informatio points to only one improvmetn lost each atack and another one for city conquer and another for city handover to me so that makes 4 improvemtns lost not 6.!!!!
5. After leaving the City they stop to pilalge a fortress next to the city.
6. They then place their units including a Howitzer in a fortress within the city radius of Khurdistan. This area was an agreed DMZ as set up centuries ago.

Based on the above what would be the correct response.
