    SG[1] - thanks Stray
First, I must concur. That was a great tutorial. I learned more from those attached images than from years of reading just prose. And there is nothing like the kick I get from having a silk-special jump out of the grass. (Save the comments on the scope of my life, please.) Thanks and praise for Straybow!!

Second, the images that illustrate the process are now broken!!

Hopefully, there is a simple solution for fixing this disappointing state; for truely, everyone could learn to "see" with Straybow's vision after a brief study of his presentation.
so long and thanks for all the fish

    • If you right-click on the broken-image icon you should get an option to "view image." Then you go Back to the page and the image will load in the thread. Do this for all three; as long as you don't refresh the page the images stay cached. If you have as much of a problem as I with incomplete loading, right-click-view-image and Back again if you want to reload the page.

      • Thanks, Straybow, for the work-around suggestion. It works well enough; though, one has to be very determined to get satisfaction.

I had bookmarked those pages and refer to them on occassion, most recently about two weeks ago. At that time everything loaded w/out difficulty. I was surprised and perturbed today when they broke.

BTW, when I opened the thread with Netscape 7 (rather than 4.79) there was no problem with the image attachments. May have to dump the earlier version if Poly no longer works with it.

I noticed that these pages are now referenced (and I think, memorialized) in a "hidden special" thread on the Strat forum. "And that's a good thing."
