Lucilla is a sometime regular from the Civ3 forums.
The buddy list is kind of strange. I once had a guy post after me saying I was on his buddy list, in the middle of a flame war. Freaked me out a bit.
Although I would imagine I ended up on more ignore lists.
In other news, I see my involvement in the Civ3 Demo game has earned me some buddies. Tis good to be da judge. Although, I'm sure I've earned some additional ignore list mentions there as well.(\__/)
