Looked at my tech tree, to my horror Doc:Initiative isn't in the beeline. So, I switched techs to biogenetics, and requested the same from Archaic in the hopes of getting a useful tech to research. My apologies for the screwup.

The Planet Cult seems to be building up quite a substantial force. With our current tech. level, we would not be able to take any of his bases without substantial losses. I suggest Mongoose that you start leaving a garrison in your bases.

Well, you know what they say about the best-laid plans. The game did not cooperate this time around. When I got HEChem from NS (thanks for that), I was offered D:Init, ProgPsych, SotHB and D:Loy, none of which are on the D:AP beeline. So, I chose SotHB and sent a note to Archaic asking for it. Hopefully, I'll be back on the path to planes next turn.

The Believers complete the Merchant Exchange in 11 turns. Who of us wants it enough to rush through building it, or do we ignore it and go after other projects?

When I get Eco. Eng and pass it onto you so you can take Envio. Ecc., I'll go to Intellectual Integrity. That would be the most efficient way, wouldn't it?
