I'll setup a program to place the saves on a web page automaticaly, so we'll have a full history-log and also a place where you can download the save again if you lose it by accident (you won't have to ask from the previous player, who might not be reading his email for a while).

Well, another game would be fun, but I'd like to wait a week or two, until we get into a nice rhythm with this one. Plus, that would allow us to pick new factions, change some options, that sort of thing...

Well, it is not yet clear, whether we are going to hunt down the usurpers or the other way around, but it is a title...

Rockville, you got both the email and web address right. And it seems to work finally, the save from Edgecrusher to Gerfang appeared automatically without any intervention from me!

ProvostB, "usurper hunt pbem" is just an idea for the title. Wanted to come up with something that relates to our game... There are 6 human factions played by real humans and only the usurpers played by the AI. Hence the title - which you can inerpret two ways: usurpers hunting us or we hunting the userpers.

If you have a better idea, please tell us!

I want to apologize. I was on vacation from Sunday to Tuesday night and was unable to play a turn. However, I checked the board Saturday and it kinda looked like the game wasn’t going anywhere for a couple of days so I declined to post a notice. This was a mistake – Sorry. However, I am very reliable and I am up for a long-term game. I sent my turn zipped to ProvostB as soon as I got home from work this (Wednesday) evening. I should be able to complete a turn every day when I arrive home (between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM).

I hope that we can get this game off of the ground. I’d like to be part of a successful PBEM game.

Just one point not so clear to me:
The last entry on the web page is ProvostB2102.zip

Is this the save before ProvostB's turn? In that case it should be 2101.

Or is it the save after ProvostB's turn ? In that case we are missing a save, which has been sent from Gerfang to ProvostB and the last recorded save should be Rockville2102.zip.

Anyway, I start up another thread named "Usurper Hunt PBEM", so please followup there.
