Laptoppers,
This game is very complicated and I've taken to playing my turn in stages: 1st bases, citizens, SE, crawlers, diplomacy, etc., 2nd formers, and 3rd military. Today I got a reload warning at one of these stages but it didn't appear at a subsequent stage. I don't know why it happened, and I don't know if you'll get a reload message on my turn or not.

Sorry to pile this on top of the problems Rubin ran into.

My view, as expressed elsewhere, is that if a player says the reloads are innocent, they are innocent.
