I have played all the original factions, and most of the crossfire ones. I hate playing the hive and spartans, because I am too economic base. I play Morgans and Angels a lot, use money to use probe teams.Comment

University mostly.
But I also sometimes play Morgan, peackeepers, gaians
and sometimes hive. Their economy sucks which hurts their research. but I love their industry.
I'm not sure if I have ever played the spartans or beleivers.
but I won't be playing University anytime soon. They are too much of a crutch. I need to challenge myself with factions that don't have as good of research. I mainly like the university so the ai doesn't play them. I hate it when the ai has some super advanced units that I can't take down.Comment

I like to play the University, the Gaians, the Pirates, the Hive and the Peacekeepers. In theory I'd enjoy the Consciousness too, but their color just bugs the hell out of me.He's got the Midas touch.

I like to use them all, even the ones I'm 110% ideologically opposed to. But the Spartans, Peacekeepers and the University are the ones I prefer to use the most.
