Hmmm - interesting that the Gaians are currently researching Int Int (which the Angels gave us a few turns ago)
As the A's and G's are pacted, then the latter know that the A's have it.
Abd our prohibition on the Angels' trading it was only until we completed the CDF
So why haven't they done the deal? (Maybe both want to get Ascetic Virtues, and thus the A's are researching Cyberethics - it's other prerequisite - and thus won't give Int int to the Gaians?)
Or maybe they were both reseraching Int Int when the A's got it, and thus will wait until the A's get Cyberethics before trading both to the g's who will then switch to Plan econ for an instatech followed shortly thereafter by an instabuild of the AV by the Angels?
