I see, so with 12 bases at size 1 we'd need 1 police per base. We'd wind up with 1 police and 1 doc if the bases were size 2. What about size 3; would we finally get a 2nd worker here?

1 content, 2 drones
add 1 doctor
-> 2 drones
add 1 bdrone
-> 1 drone, 1 superdrone
add 2 psych
-> 2 drones
add 1 police
-> 1 content, 1 drone; riots
Nope, if we have a barely content (using all of its drone control and with balanced talents and drones) size 2 base, adding another pop point will just demand another doctor.
Incidentally, here is how a size 2 base with a doctor and police unit and a bdrone looks:
1 content, 1 drone
add 1 doctor
-> 1 drone
add 1 bdrone
-> 1 superdrone
add 2 psych
-> 1 drone
add 1 police
-> 1 content

As far as former movement, we need to get some forest started near the uranium flats, and near the Ruins, where there's so much fungus we can't use most of the monoliths. Move new CP towards base 6's site
Pop fungal pod with rover, retreat if necessary (>1 mind worm, cannot capture any).
Move foil north, hugging the coast if the rover needed to retreat.

Well MW is going north, and we know Yang is to the north, important question is what goodie terrain does he have (as map creator said he has extra good terrain). He probably has Jungle, but perhaps even a little more. Oh, and we should get probe teams to infiltrate him, MW should only pop pods for now.

I just sighted that we have no forests in production..
Maybe we should plant some, so at the time IA arrives , we have something to crawl..
And by the way - do all cities have enough 2nut, 1min squares available?

Actually - if every one of our current formers could spend 4 turns for forestation, we shouldn't need any more so soon, as our area is quite wet and forests will be expanding, so by the time we get IA, there will be enough of them!
