      We have two running inquiries now to achieve DAP. Trading with the Spartans or the Gaians (see my latest message to them in the diplo thread).

      How much would we be willing to pay for it if we ask the Spartans for it? Note that they will prohibit us to trade this technology further, thus decreasing the value of it a bit in my eyes.

      And in case the Gaians/Morgans are receptive to mutual trading, I guess we better go for the Doctrine: Initiative option.

      • Looking at the endsave, everything looks very well. If you take a closer look on power graph, our increase is maybe even greater now than that of the Hive. We jump in the graph really high, we almost equal Morganities. I can only hope there will be no cooperation effort against us soon due to our "danger" we might inflict on the planet's balance

        I also think, we may get Doc Air Power in some sneaky way, like Lal and Yang have it, then Gaians... So Doctrine Initiative from Spartans might be a good option. We build then some probe cruisers, or some better model.

        Some general thoughts on strategy. As you pointed, Geo, we may be at the moment the human faction with the best infrastructure. We have also very weak military. This should not last for long, otherwise someone will finally decide, that all those bases with facilities might be a good addition to their establishments. I would give here Morganic example. In my oppinion they exagerated economic growth exposing themselves for Spartan attack. After they lost PTS, even PEG, which we lost to them, does not give them very large advantage. I estimate around 60 EC/turn they get from it, it can be calculated, but haven't done so. They run 70% economy and 30% psych, the bonus is killed a bit. With +253 EC/turn, 60 is not that much. Anyway, this is stuff for Security Nexus, so I will write more there. I had some more thoughts on our defensive strategies, including forces disposition, bunker placement, when we have it, etc.

        The new base and COP stuff. That one turn without unit probably doeas not matter that much. Let us hope, Spartans do not have that one Probe team nearby we saw several turns ago on a transport. It might have been heading our way. A new base is often surprising, but not when you are scouiting the terrain with a probe team. We seriously can think of delaying that one turn till COP arrives. Or just risk here that Spartans get infiltration.

        The pod popping near our foit transport - do we do it next turn? If yes, which base to set up for what? We can temprarily for the popping switch some bases to either some SP or energy stockpile. For example, I think that switching HS and HG for the popping would give us again minerals for KC, but we have the Tree farm already there. Tree farm in Kahlua Probing sounds for me extremly tempting, but for safety I would switch 4 bases here: HG, HS, KC, RPS.

        I also was thinking of a new base close to HG and HS. Actually it is close to KC also, and there would be good a tile more away a sea base, but now it is too expensive befor we get fusion power, but maybe then. Anyway, the base would be in forest, where that hive synth was standing for long. Sea base would be a tile to the east. Also on that rocky tile we may do another land chocking-defensive point. Bunker and mine can be on the same tile. This is for the future.

        A new borehole near RPS? 24,60? or 25,59? The height above sea level is marked. 10 meters is kinda bug, right? If there is flooding, it may not be under water. It is to protect our boreholes. They are expensive after all. The other one is 278 meters. Should survive like 2 floods more or less.

        • We might have infiltration on Spartans. The image would be more full then. We also have a lead in research speed among factions we have infiltration. With 83 labs/turn noone has that many. Morganities have 2/turn. Gaians around 50/turn. Yang like 73??? Lal even less.

          And also, keeping energy for hurrying Tree farm in EM is a good thing. We need that base do other things asap. We might do there also Energy bank, then some military.

          • I would first continue to found bases on the eastern part of our continent. This will take long enough.

            And as you put it, trading (probably buying) Doc:Init from the Spartans is a good deal. But I do hope we can get DAP then from infiltration/pacts.

                • Would we consider FREE MARKET for this turn?
                • Popping the pod near transport foil. Before, change to stockpile:
                  - HG from Children to stocpile, if no material pod then back to old facility. no lost minerals
                  - HS to stockpile, the same as above
                  - Kodycryptor on stockpile for popping
                  - Start Tree Farm in Kahlua Probing try to get minerals pod there.
                • new crawler from KP rehome to EM, move to tile next and do mionerals. The crawler from there move three tiles near KP as shown
                • Hurry Tree Farm in EM. Amount so as there is 10 minerals next turn. E.g. having 13 mineral/turn for 134, if 15 for 130.
                • Move colony pod and wait one turn for COP. Alternatively - establish base now and be this turn exposed for probing. I think we MAY have a spartan probe nearby...

                • Upgrade both Garrison unit 1-3-1 and plasma defender 1-3-2 on monoliths now. If majority agree
                • New buildings:
                  SH - children creshe
                  KP - Tree farm
                  KC - supply crawler (after popping the pod) or Hab Complex - more citizens then.
                • I would do one Technician in KC, since we have tree farm there.

                • I would put that colony pod 2 mor east and 2 more north so we get the good stuff and act as a gate also.
