    Well just downloaded the turn. First report shortly.

    Can't guarantee screenshots yet . I need to experiment a bit.

      First the Morgans kept their word

      We received HEC
      We received Peacekeeper Comm
      We received their World map.

      Second as you know we are two turns from Intel Integ, no news there.

      Third we have MW at 28, 62 just outside RPS.

          Shall I contact Lal

          and if he is agreeable will I offer pact? Treaty. we are still some distance from Morgan, who is ahead of us. I think we should head North West to Gagarin Memorial 16 moves away.
          I don't think we should move to Morgan base, Choke Point, there will be a defender probe there. Instead maybe try the City of ZZT (a little inland at 20,18)

          Whoops I tried to see what tech Lal had and accidently opened comms with him. Thankfully he was friendly and offered treaty, which I accepted.

            As it currently stands, Contenders for Planetary Governor would be between Lal and Yang with Yang well ahead.

            Ok I'll get your thoughts in the morning, and Marts build programme.

            It would be useful if Lal has Uni comm.

              Lal will fall evntually so would treaty with PK for starters playing it by ear so we can become the planet gov. backed by an extensive spy/info network with limited military (defencive) to keep out the initial invading forces.

              The AI personality will give us some headaches but I feel we can over come this with Asprin and time.
              You have two choices in life; Explore and learn or Vegetate.

                This is my idea for Morganic probe action. If we are completely lucky, we have a chance to do it unnoticed.

                In this turn foil enters the fungus tile as marked 2161. Hopefully it will be hidden, and it is outside morganic base radii. Since fungus will be last - third tile, we do not actually loose move point here.
                In 2162, it can move 1 tile north, then disembark 1 probe team - north towards City of ZZT. It will cost 1 move point. Probing - 2nd move point. If the city contains probe defender it can use second move point to withdraw to the foil.
                We then have chance in the second base: Hindenburg Habitat. Probe disembarks to the forest - 1 move point. Probing - 2nd move point. If also defended by probe defender - goes to foil. Foil then goes 2 tiles west to fungus to hide and search for new opportunities.

                  About the economy,
                  We gonna have problems in both bases where 5 citizens are now. Both EM and KC have four workers while 1 is drone. I tried the result with:
                  Econ 30%
                  Psych 30%
                  Labs 40%
                  Then we get +15 EC/turn only and when there is librarian in KC we have 50 labs/turn. however adjusting growth we may have growth in KC and EM due to pop boom. We have to additionally take out worker in EM for that - Recreation commons not done this turn yet. Overall it is maybe not a good idea.

                  I like the following approach more:
                  Econ 40%
                  Psych 10%
                  Labs 50%
                  Also:
                  2 Librarians in EM
                  1 Librarian in KC
                  We have then: +23 EC/turn
                  64 labs/turn, IntInt in 2164.
                  We do not get any growth next turn, but this may be ok - we worry about it next turn. also we might get Children Creshe in KP, thus we might in 2163 get EM, KC, KP to grow simultaneously.
                  This is about social engineering then.

                    Nice probe plan. I like it

                    We could also consider putting the probe(s) in the fungus tile inbetween your green markers if both bases are covered. From there on a probe can go to Micha something base next turn. But then it is a now or never approach for it has not sufficient MP to hide in the fungus again.

                      Here are some other proposals:

                      - COP from SH to go to new base location. colony pod with escorting scout move along road 1 tile only, 2162 enter the tile, 2163 establish base and COP will arrive the very same turn.

                      - Guarding rover near HG - the same recoinassance as the last turn. Hive rover might either enter the fungus or forest on north-east. This rover move will reveal it. Hive rover vanished from our foil probe view...

                      - Foil probe - 4 tiles towards Gaians

                      - I would move 3 crawlers. First, HG no longer needs nutrients - it can have 2 workers now. thus one crawler goes north to free the river forest for better energy gain. The crawler doing nutrients may go to rocks and bring 1 mineral meanwhile. 2 energy gives nothing, since one of them will get wasted anyway. HG would have too much already - wast would rise this one energy point. I would relocate the crawler from forest near EM. From RPS to EM, and this is extremely important when we gonna have two librarians in EM. Detail in Security Nexus - it is needed for hurrying Command Nexus next turn.

                      - attack mw - get around 20 EC

                      - formers - farm, harvest forest near SH, forests, roads, also a road on rocks north from VL, for mine and to yet another new base location.

                      - New buildings:
                      SH - COP
                      KC - COP
                      RPS - COP
                      All get COP units next turn! Also when we relocate that crawler from RPS to EM.

                      - hurry: if RPS relocated to EM and 2 librarians are in EM, so we should have +11 minerals in EM. Then hurry this turn Recreation commons for 2 EC less than full, 36 energy. This way we do not loose that one mineral and get 10 minerals already accumulated in 2162, This is important, so we hurry still for 2EC/1 mineral the Command Nexus next turn for 58 EC, I guess, and in 2163 have already 10 minerals for prototype of 1-3-1 unit.
                      - hurry KP for 4 EC, then we get children creshe next turn and in 2162 pop boom may happen i n3 bases together.

                        Some possibilities here... if Lal wishes to receive us again at least on the comlinks. He has for sure Environmental Economics and Superconductor. In return for one of these techs we just have to give our world map.

                          It is really incredible. We have Pact with Lal - as Hercules did it. Map is like 75% or 85% visible now. We have Zakharov and Spartan territory now visible. Interesting thing to viev. Details soon. I will update our secret map too.

                            The transport foil with our probe task force is in place in the fungus, as it was proposed in the post befor.
                            I hope next turn we get the infiltration. I hope more for City of ZZT, since the monolith may be most probably free of units - hopefully. On that forest to Hindenberg there may be a crawler. Let us see next turn.

                            And yet another issue - as Hercules pointed, and I checked that too - hive impact rover is in fungus. What to do? Staying there, our rover is exposed to attack. It may disengage to the north, but it will be probably split from the HG base for some time. Impact is though strong and I am afraid it could not survive the attack. How about getting our rover to the base. If Hive rover enters that forest we probe it next turn. He violated our borders for long enough. Iam almost certain it is invasion and war is imminent.

                              And regardin technology trade - I checked and there is nothing we can offer Lal this time. However, he might give as some tech as gift - he is magnanimous. Should I try it? rules actually allow us to check it also.
