The base prefect (or anyone for that matter) should probably hold a poll on what the new base will be called.Comment

I prefer the method where the people give suggestions for the base prefect and the prefect chooses the best name. No need for more polls, well you cannot have too many polls though.Promoter of Public Morale

You should be plonking stockpile energy after every unit, formers, colony pods, scouts, etc.
The rules permit it, and every other faction is doing it, so you are needlessly denying yourselves energy credits if you don't

hmmmm, the plan for the base next to the mineral resources has been scrapped?

It's the colony pod from the hive that will become the "baby city". It's too far away to make from the red and yellow proposed sites to be useful there.Originally posted by Frankychan

Regarding Stockpile Energy, this means that we lose any run-over minerals from production of something and get credits instead, yes? The choice is... do we want the minerals to be put towards the next project, or do we want to convert the run-over to cash - if there is a run-over? That's if I understand how the stockpile energy in the build queue works.
