DBTS, I'm assuming The Command Nexus is the same thing as your previous idea of a "Strategic and Tatical advice committee", which I think is absolutley necessary and will sign for!

Something tells me that the "Empath Guild" won't have quite the same foreign relations perspective as it would have if we called it the "The Punishment Sphere". Perhaps in war time we could switch names.
