Sounds good to me. Although perhaps we need to do another poll on this. lol.Anyway, I suggest we just go with Jamski's suggestion of a houserule: "All choppers need to have SAM before you research Fusion Power." That way the wishes of those wanting to reduce chopper power and those not wanting to use modified alphax.txt are both followed.

Ok, do we have a consensus?
- No alpha.txt changes that need to be loaded/unloaded each turn
- All choppers to be built with SAM until Fusion to limit ground attack power.
- CBA and Empath Guild disabled.
Can we introduce these into the game rules as a block, and save time?
