Didn't they change the editor to allow for as many as 31 civs?

Yeah, they can add 32 civs but I think that the person has to create the leaderheads and stats from scratch (something I don't have the skills for

Talking about Germany: Where is Hamburg? It was (is?) one of the most important harbours in Europe? And I agree to tarpoon's coal suggestion.

Sweden: Copenhagen is way to large! Denmark never was so powerful. Oh, and you could rename "Sweden" to "Scandinavia".

France/Russia: Why are there sources of rubber near Paris and Warszaw? This is an exotic resource. Maybe you add some to South America?

              But still a great scenario!

I can't seem to get over the fact that South America has no civs.Maybe you could put a large barbarian population there

yes, the AI blocks it, same with the street of gibralta

I had to use a lot of privateers to open the way to the oceans and the brits replaced thier ironclawd with a battleship . Could you increase the Movement points of the privateers?
It is a pain to bring them from thier east sea docks through the english channel to the street of gibralta at thier current speed.

Also you should add some resorces resources to skandinavia, oil for example.

Blocades in Gibraltar and the Skaggerag (sp?) are realistic... I like that and I don't really need a German fleet in the Atlantic ocean as my expansion targets Russia...

Hey, AeroPrinz, I hope your will not include leader pics or new unit graphics into your new version as the download size of this scenario could get troublesome to me...

In reality Germans had a kill channel which let them to move their fleet from Baltic to the Ocean. I am not sure how to implement this important feature here.

About the leader heads, and new units. I think every civ in this scenario must had a uniq types of units, but right now I do not have enough time to make them. The same with leader heads. I think this will make the scenario much more enjoyable. But in downloading section I will put separate files for the scenario and for the additional graphics.

Yep, true. If you plan to place Hamburg on this map, you could make it a link between the Baltic and the sea around England.
But in this case you'd have to place Copenhagen further north... think about it...
