player1,
i just have a technical question
it's possible in the editor to allow airunitspecific abilities to land units.
it's a bug in editor or will it work for instance when i give battleships precision bombing ability or re-base ability to cruise missiles?
Thank You!

I've created another conservative mod (without new units, buildings, civs etc.) based on player1's superb patch suggestion. It's most recommended for those who like to play on large and huge worlds with low land mass for most interesting naval battles (like me).
When someone's interested please check out my naval power mod.Last edited by kettyo; June 11, 2002, 03:13.

No Aluminum
I just discovered synthetic fibers, but I have found that there isn't any aluminum on the map. Could this be an issue with the mod?
I am using the 1.27 mod with the 1.21 patch. My game is a Regent level game on a small map. Originally there were 4 civs, now there are two. I am assumming that there should still be at least 4 aluminum resources. Or will there only be 2? My last opponent (who I am at war with) has not discovered synthetic fibers yet. I have a hard time believing that all aluminum is in his territory since I occupy about 2/3 of the world now and can see into a bit more than that. (I am on the verge of a domination win.)
I'm not sure if the patch suggestion mod has anything to do with this. It might just be bad luck on resource placement. If only I was King...

No Aluminum
There are only 4 tundra tiles on the map. Two of them have forests on them. One is irrigated. The other is mined. I own all of them. There are several green hills. Most of the world is flat. I think I played with the 5 billion years, warm, and moderate rain (moisture) settings. If only I was King...
