C3C PATCH 1.20 (finally here!)

Well I humbly suggest 1.15 as the best going, so far as concerns the Firaxis team of bug enhancers. Otherwise, mayhap try another game? Oh well, I've run out wit....

The patch is still registered in the install/uninstall list. But it has a different name from past installs. It is called C3Conquestsv120. Why they changed the name I don't know but that should make it easy to uninstall.

1.22 is out...it's grrrrrrrrrr-eat...

Well, its still pretty lackluster. I'm disappointed at Firaxis; though they did make their statements of apology and corrected their problems quickly, the glitchy patch should have never made it to market-this is not their first glitchy patch after all (Which people forget).

We did not forget, it is just not life and death, so we get on with things. Flaws in games is not exactly unheard of, but we can still play.

Patch looks fine so far, with 1.22.
Its great to see City views are back now.

The new combat rules seem to make warfare harder, appears to make things fairer, a small unit can hurt a bigger one more, but i've only tried it for 5 minutes so far.

Error: Small graphics bug (in 1280 mode?) , Ship etc Loading boxes in the bottom right don't fully clear, leaving a bit of rubbish on the screen.

They haven't said it's the final patch, but I wouldn't expect another for a while.

I just saw a rumour in another thread that a final patch is planned for the summer. Whether or not this has any basis in fact I have no idea.

well with all the problems of the last patches , and some other things it would seem wise to do so , ....

indeed rumours are getting stronger to this , ..... but its a wait and see as they have never told anyone wheter or not a patch will be released , ...
