Have the units in that scenario been modified? That is common for many of those packaged maps.

      Are you MAD, Bomber?
Have you forgotten alexman's first post, stating that the AA value is ONE TENTH of the stated strength?
      Four 2-strength flaks would be 0.8A/2D = 0.8/2.8 = 28.6%.
      One flak: 0.2A/2D = 0.2/2.2 = 9%

EDIT, per one of alexman's posts on page 1:
      "More like:
      1 AA unit: 9%
      2 AA units: 17%
      3 AA units: 25%
      4 AA units: 32%

Assuming the AA unit is a flak." /EDIT

I could have sworn that the posted odds where higher for three flak units....I guess I should stop posting after tossing down a 6-pack.

            Drunk posts:

I guess the big question is, why didn't they make AA units work like, well, mobile SAM Batteries?
Why can't you be a non-conformist just like everybody else?

Good question, no other units in the game have a cumulative effect (an effect that a lot of people have asked for since CTP!)
