Cyrion, I might have to do these fellows individually, as it is nigh on impossible to fit three horses and riders into the small civ2 unit square...
Thanks for helping, Curt!
I was afraid it might be difficult to get the 3 horsemen in the same unit, but my problem is that I'll need them together (you know the problem with the limited unit slots... )
What I had in mind was something along the lines of the unit I enclose below; of course, the riders might be a bit small then... What do you think??

On the off chance that anyone around here is making a ToT fantasy scenario, I have a few 24-bit graphics which I've had sitting on my HD for a couple of years. Most of the units have been made from photos or ripped from games such as AoK. The people graphics are converted from Dark Omen and Baldur's Gate.
The images are png format. The bmp versions are in zip format, below.

Too bad they're for ToT..
Conversely, it's too bad that most graphics are/were made for vanilla Civ2, FW and MGE. What would Nemo, Erwan, BeBro and now Fairline do if they weren't restricted to the 8-bit Civ2 palette? Harlan Thompson introduced me to ToT a few years ago and I haven't gone back since. These days (although I don't play much any more), I convert Civ2 scenarios over to ToT using Angelo Scotto's CivConverter. There are, however, a few complaints I have with ToT:
1. The very visible health bar.
2. The aggressive diplomacy model.
3. The removal of the objective city multiplier.
4. The dog ugly out-of-the-box graphics - IMHO actually worse than the original 8-bit Civ2.
There are also many advantages, which I won't go into in this thread.
I've replaced nearly all of the ToT original game terrain graphics and will post my Terrain1.bmp and Terrain2.bmp, along with some spare terrains, in the non-unit graphics thread, if anyone's interested.
I might also explain what the above units are.
1st row: 2 giant eagles, 2 wargs/wolves, 3 wizards, swordsman/hero, dwarf.
2nd row: Celtic warrior type, firbolg, pikeman, archer, elven archer, barrow-wight, ent/treant, orc, dwarf.
3rd row: Nazgul (Khamûl), Celtic warrior (actually done in 8-bit), vampire, ghoul, vampiress, zombie, ghost, giant bats, thief/rogue.
4th row: All Warhammer knights.
5th row: 2 knights, werewolf, marquee, various keeps, churches and cathedrals.
