Tom Baker? Yup, that would be the Doctor that I know. One of the scenes that's still stuck in my head is after the Tardis appears at some 1980's airport totally in plain sight. So what does the good doctor* do? Well, get a newspaper to check the cricket scores of course!

USSR, of course, had a tendency towards demolishing Onion Domes. If you are looking for traditional Russian architecture, perhaps you should emphasize the fortress aspect of the kremlins?
