Mathias Serin(a.k.a Heresson), born on the 17th of May 1982 in Poland, has been a long standing member of the civ2 community greatly contributing to the SLeague with a variety of medieval Roman and Arab scenarios.
His latest work includes a scenario based upon the life and exploits of the Great Greek Emperor Heraclius and the creation of a new superb Byzantine city style set.
BTW his city gfx are an excelent source for CurtSibling style icons.
If you are interested for more of his gfx visit the first Heraclius thread and download some of his scenarios from the Spanish site or somewhere."Military training has three purposes: 1)To save ourselves from becoming subjects to others, 2)to win for our own city a possition of leadership, exercised for the benefit of others and 3)to exercise the rule of a master over those who deserve to be treated as slaves."-Aristotle, The Politics, Book VII
