  • Thanks FiGu!
    You're the man

I really like that Wirbelwind of yours.
Even if they didn't made so many of them during WWII, they are still so cool...

Now here is my (updated) wishlist. I found some graphics on teh board. And yea, Im amazed by your "nemo"-art. I wish I could draw like you guys.

    New List:
    StuH 42
    88mm PaK (without wheels) hmm
    StuG IIB
    35mm PaK
    75mm PaK
Nashorn (this antitank is so cool) (nashorn = rhino)
    JägerPanzer IV/70
    22mm (Q) FlaK (without wheels)
    FlaKPz 38(t)
    SdKfz 6/2
    SdKfz 10/4
    37mm FlaK
    20mm FlaK
    Zeppelin (german aircraft carrier)
    37mm FlaK/IV
Ostwind (this one almost looks like a wirbelwind except it only got one turret)

    7,5 leFk 16 nA
    10,5 leFk H18
    17 K18
    15 sFH18
(still looking for *un-mobile* artillery units, those 4 above*

    siG II
    sIG 38(t)m
    Wurfrahmen
    Me109k, g and f
    Me110c
    Fw190a, d, g and h
(the Fw190a through e I think, were used as fighters while Fw190h were used for bombing... or did I get it wrong? )
HS129 (yes I know there is one on the. But I couldnt feel the true Anti-tank-Plane feeling in it )
    Me110e
    Ju87d and g model
    He162
    Do335
Me163 Komet (cmon, we all want this one)
    PzIIIH, G, E, J, N and L model
    Coelion (AA-tank)
    Pz IA
    Pz IID, F, E, H and G
    Panther A, D and G
    Pz IVJ
and Pz IVF2 being the last. Im quite sure the F2 version was very special than the others. But I cant remember what it was.

The Romans had a coluseum. Why can't we have a Battle Royale island? They can take my class for starters.

    • Nemo produced a PzIVH/J as I said before. There's no visual difference between IVF2 and Nemo's IVG - the 2 tanks were virtually identical, with the G just incorporating the bigger L43 gun that the F2 had used (as opposed to the F1s short 75). The Nashorn used the same chassis as the Hummel, which there's a graphic for - you just need to replace the gun with an 88. I'd be surprised if you could spot the difference between the various marks of Panther, Stuka, Bf109 and Me110 at the Civ scale, so why not just use the Nemo graphics available?

BTW, why on earth do you need so many units - your original list is bigger than the civ2 unit slot number???

        • Well I've been thinking of a project for a while.
Why have one big scenario with limited unit-"squares" etc, when you can cut it into smaller pieces?
I thought about making a huge blitzkrieg campaign, covering everything from real battles to "what if?" battles; the invasion of Poland to the invasion of the United States...
I made some very nice autumn enviroment for the Poland map... but I got stuck when I thought about unit graphics.

a screenshot of the "autumn"ish enviroment can be found here:

                    • Here's another site, hopefully it'll help.

The Luftwaffe Resource Center's goal is to provide technical and historical information so that people can better understand the aerial conflict in World War II.

                      • This is the Gotha 229 thats been floating around for a while, im not sure but I think its Curt's originally. There is also the He162 Salamander, I am unsure of its author. And I know there is a Komet around here somewhere...

                        • Lo and behold! A Me163 Komet and a Dornier335. These ones belong to Eivind. What with all of these, one could fix up a real nice Luft 46' scenario!

                          • I never checked the units that were non-nemo...
It would be nice if someone made the komet in nemo-style. Thanks for the link by the way...
