Curt, If the Meteor is for Soviet Steel, Jimmywax has already done a post-war silver version of his Meteor. I've tinkered with it a little to produce a 1945 Meteor F3 and the clipped-wing, bigger-engined F8 which was the main variant from the late 40s to the mid 50s; both are in post-war intercepter light grey.
